How will photography play a role in my future? This is how... I'm looking to use it as a career as well as a hobby. Each of the pictures represents different things. I'm striving to photograph family, friends, and important people in my life. I've always been interested in my family's history and I love looking at old photos. That's why I like to take pictures at every family event to capture those times for future generations. As more of a career I'd like to photograph weddings. I love to capture the mood, all of the details, and the beauty of those special days. It's my way of helping the couple remember everything that happened that day. More towards the hobby side, I'd like to keep photographing nature, mostly flowers. I would also like to photograph events that happen at my church, especially the youth group that I help lead. The kids are so full of energy and they relate better when they have visuals so if I photograph events like a photojournalist I'm able to show the kids the next year what we are hoping to accomplish or to show new kids what our group does and how much fun we can have. So this is how photography will play a role in my future. My job is to preserve memories or even better, to preserve history.
Like the overall composition of this piece.The grey scale cake with the violet flower pedals is definitely my favorite.
